Lumoire mirrors can be installed with standard tools. You simply need a tape measure, drill, spirit level, screwdriver and hammer to install a Lumoire mirror. All other parts are supplied with the Lumoire mirror. Detailed installation instructions are included with each mirror.

Lumoire mirrors have an IP rating of IP54, making them splash-proof. However, we recommend using a soft, non-abrasive cloth and a mild cleaning agent to safely clean the mirror without damaging it. Do not spray the cleaning agent directly onto the mirror, but apply it to the cloth and wipe gently.

If you order before 3 PM on weekdays, we will ensure that your package is handed over to Transmission/DHL on the same day*. The carrier will then handle the further processing of your order, and you will also receive a tracking code to follow your order.

Upon delivery of the mirror, please check for any damage to the mirror. If the mirror is found to be broken, we ask you not to accept the damaged mirror. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 24 hours and provide photos of the damaged packaging and products.
